... The Prophecy Killer, according to reports, has struck Domino again, this time killing a plastic surgeon named Shouchi Roku. This is the only body found at the scene, in a local smaller park in the city that isn't the one that's been blown up, used as a battle ground, or haunted by crazy people. The victim was found, and we quote, with their torso inside what seems to be a giant boulder. No cause of death has been announced by the police department, but.. it seems possible that neither Mr. Saiou or Mr. Mazane was behind these horrifying murders.

Observing them has been interesting. Their hesitation. Their paranoia-- quite lovely, really. Especially with their weakening grip, and their anger... It's so amusing.

My head has felt heavy recently, though, as a result. But... Heh, I guess that's what comes of it.

[Behold, a rare specimen of the species Manjoume Jun, having just arrived here, into his completely not-natural habitat. Let's watch him stand there, looking around confused at his new surroundings. Confused, and somewhat irritated at having been uprooted from his former surroundings without warning. Members of this species are often somewhat irritated, especially when there is reason behind said irritation, and this is no exception.

This appears to be a rather typical member of the species, with a somewhat worn but still well-loved black coat. (Though, might that be a Dis-Belt hidden under the sleeve? It's hard to tell, from this distance...)

Members of this species are usually at least reasonable when approached and engaged in conversation, though there are exceptions to this rule. Still, he should be mostly harmless and thus safe to approach, and he would likely appreciate an explanation for just what is going on here.

And by the way, this one is very different from Econtra!Manjoume. In Econtra!Manjoume's universe, Sho carried Asuka's key when she left. In Crucible!Manjoume's universe, it was Ayanokouji. It's an important difference, really!

I don't believe he has anything to do with this, he'd have no reason to! The stuff he did in the past was because he was influenced by the Light of Destruction! He's been fine since then and as a friend I believe in him!

Tch... I really hope we can get to the bottom of all this soon.

Saiou Takauma and Mazane Akuroou, both prominent businessmen in the Domino area, were arrested today by the Domino Police force, in relationship to the Prophecy Killer murders in the Domino Area for the last month or so.

According to sources from inside the Police Department, the evidence pinning them to the case seems to be religious text as well as tarot cards found at all the scenes by the police. However, the police department is unwilling to divulge details at this time as to not spoil their case for a pending trial.

So Susan has been kidnapped by the forces of Magical City Endymion. Although on the surface this seems like a simple enough goal, get their princess back, there's a deeper plot at work here.

One that requires all of you to suffer horribly.

So, various duel spirits will be coming down from Endymion to insult, harass, and generally piss off the characters into wanting to throttle someone. This is where you all come in.

If any of you wanna be a duel spirit and fuck with people (spellcasters only. Doctor Atsumu Fuwari, a noted Tokyo Bioresearch Scientist, notably a local genius of Wind Technology and a studier of Airborne Organisms, was found dead along with three of her assistants in a cave in the nearby countryside. While information is scarce at the moment, it does seem, according to both Rural and Domino police, to be the work of the Serial Killer who has been responsible for 4 other group murders in the last week. A cause of death has yet to be confirmed, but initial information seems to point to suffocation as the main cause of death.

It is also believed that the aviation incident earlier this week may possibly have something to do with this event as well.

But for one thing, inside sources within the police force have acknowledged that they do have a potential suspect and will be conducting an arrest in a matter of days!

Haah, it's been kind of a boring day though and I don't have anything really planned for today which is sort of a let down, but I've been too busy to really plan anything. I dunno, maybe I can convince Asuka to watch some scary movies with me later or something!! :D

Why end on the laptop? He can read the screen. This has lead to reading everything he reads out loud like it's his long learnt first language, even the typing is coming to him naturally...but just because he can read it, doesn't mean he knows what it means. He's just opened the oh-so-child friendly Internet and God only knows who's laptop this is and what's in the history or bookmarks.

Someone might want to intervene before he either takes a hammer to the fourth wall or goes on something he really shouldn't be on. Or he can always corrupt more innocent children, who knows.]

Halloween is coming up in just a short couple of days and aside from all the crazy plot hijinx going on I came up with a special event that'll help share the spirit of my favorite holiday with my New Bestest Friends. (That would be you guys.)

The idea in question is to, via the magic of Youtube and IRC, stage a showing of Night of the Living Dead! The gimmick of said showing being that it'll all be in character as part of a Halloween event Toru has planned.

This of course depends on a variety of factors, namely timing and interest. I know a few people have already told me they'd attend but this is to make a more concrete set-up and schedule. To minimize pre-loading blues it would probably be best to start loading the video 30 minutes in advance. Unless your connection is tragically slow it should provide a sufficant time buffer.

The final matter is, of course, starting time. It was suggested by Mon that we should try to start at midnight, and given how intensely appropriate that is I agree. (The fact I will be busy until then with a halloween roleplaying thing notwithstanding.) The question is if Midnight (eastern time) would be good for the majority of the folks here.

Anyway, feel free to comment and tell me all about how terrible this idea is!
